Privacy notice

How we look after your data.

Last updated · 29 June 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by DY Destiny Limited (NI695932), trading as Regent Orthodontics, registered in Northern Ireland. Our registered place of business is 11 Regent Street, Newtownards, County Down, BT23 4AB, Northern Ireland. For all data-protection matters, contact admin@regentorthodontics.com.

What we collect on this site

If you complete the waitlist registration form, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, optional mobile number, treatment route preference (NHS or private), age group, any free-text notes you choose to share, and the timestamp of your submission. We also record the source of the submission (e.g. "website") and your browser's user-agent string for diagnostic purposes only. We do not run analytics or set tracking cookies on this site.

Why we hold it

We hold this information for one purpose: to contact you about availability of an initial consultation at Regent Orthodontics once we open. Our lawful basis is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@regentorthodontics.com or by replying unsubscribe to any communication from us — we will erase your record promptly.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet owned by DY Destiny Limited and accessible only to the directors of the company. We do not pass this list to third parties. We do not use it for marketing of unrelated products. We do not enrol you in any newsletter without further consent.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist entries until twelve months after the clinic opens (December 2026). After that period, any record where the registrant has not become a patient of the clinic is erased. Patients who proceed to clinical care become subject to the separate clinical-records retention policy of the practice (mandatory minimum retention for NHS and private dental records under the Northern Ireland Dental Practice regulations).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict or object to our processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email admin@regentorthodontics.com.

Cookies and tracking

This pre-launch site does not set any cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Google Fonts are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com — Google's font-serving policy applies to that single connection (no cookies set). When the full clinic site goes live, this notice will be updated to reflect any analytics added then.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting active waitlist registrants will be notified by email.
